Q: When is RoboCT established?

RoboCT headquarters is located in Hangzhou China, which is founded in 2017 and is the first company launches the mass production of exoskeleton.

Q: How big is RoboCT?

Up to now, RoboCT has over 150 employees, among them over 40 engineers and 20 therapists. We have our own plant over 4000 square meters.

Q: How long does your warranty last?

Normally the warranty is 12 months.

Q: What payment methods do you support?

T/T, bank transfer, credit card...Let us know if you don't find your preferred one.

Q: How long can I receive the ordered products?

The shipment usually go with air express. It takes 10 days from our site to your location. Exact lead time will depend on the clearance process.
